Quest game for industrial plant employees
Workplace safety is an important and crucial part of any business. The team-building game added some fun to the company’s safety day and helped everyone look at serious issues with a sense of humour. This made it easier for everyone to learn and remember the training material.
The game was held on a special website where participants got different tasks. These included puzzles and riddles, as well as fun photo and video contests that needed quick thinking and teamwork. Each task was about one aspect of work safety: hearing, touch, and sight, working with dangerous chemicals, and electricity.
The factory workers planned their route and strategy to complete as many tasks as possible in a limited time and earn as many points as possible. The team with the most points won.
Game mechanics
- Teams — up to 25 people.
- Time limit for each team — 30 minutes. Break between teams — approximately 10 minutes.
- All tasks are available simultaneously. Teams may split up to complete them within the time limit.

16:00 — Team formation. Briefing.
16:15 — Start of the quest.
18:00 — All teams finish the game.
18:30 — All teams awarding by diplomas, group photo.
The game can be started at another time of your choice.

Host — I speak English, Latvian and Russian.
