Quest.lv games at the “Women’s Day Rally 2018”
Continuing our cooperation with the organisers of the Women’s Day Rally, I prepared 3 different car scavenger hunts, which differed in both format and level of difficulty. 75% of the driving part of the rally was developed and implemented by Quest.lv.
Participants had a unique opportunity to take part in EN-Drive car photo orienteering, Encounter active urban game , and a unique quest full of adventures and mysteries, all during one and the same event. The stages were dynamic and varied, allowing teams to prove themselves in one of the disciplines.
The feedback on this rally was exceptional. Quest.lv has once again raised the bar for the quality and popularity of city games, making photo scavenger hunts a mainstream entertainment and laying another cornerstone in the development of quest games in Latvia.
World record
“Sieviešu dienas rallijs 2018” unofficially set a new world record as the largest female automotive event in the world. Almost 800 teams (~3,500 women) took part in the competition, surpassing the previous record set in India with 467 cars and 934 ladies.
For technical and bureaucratic reasons, this achievement was not recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the “Largest female motor sports event”. This should have been recorded as:
The most female participants in a motor sports event is ~3500 and was achieved by Women’s Day Rally (Sieviešu dienas rallijs), in Rīga, Latvia, on 10 March 2018. Women’s Day Rally (Sieviešu dienas rallijs), organised by Notikumu Aģentūra and Quest.lv, is an annual event dedicated to International Women’s Day.
