Pretty much that, yeah. 3P co-op, lots of entertaining weapons, and a good number of easy-to-kill mooks to kill with said weapons. Plus, you could beat the hell out of dinosaurs with bazookas and bare fists. Overall not very different from AvP which you already mentioned.

Otogi 2 really is my favorite after D&D: Tower of Doom and... is that Shadow over Mystara there? The sequel was the better or the two, certainly, but lacks much of the nostalgia value for me. Damn swamp dragon and your cheap kills.

I'm still annoyed none of From Software's games seem to be on the 360 backward compatibility list, and still amused that they created both the most retardedly AMERICAN and most Japanese 3d beat'em-ups ever made.

Dat fucking Centaur! And she could change to normal legs too, so I wouldn't need a step stool... it's also a game I have on that modded xbox, though it has some graphical glitches. I honestly never liked Golden Axe as much as some others in the genre, but Revenge of Death Adder was the series best, and it was simply beautiful. I don't think it ever got a home console version, so thank goodness for emulation. Like most of the games mentioned, I really wish it would see a xbla and psn release.

Mixican has previously been warned several times.
Today I logged in to see the following griefing has occurred:
1: The spawn trees are on fire again. (Not pictured)
2: The glass staircase to the bottom of the map has been flooded with lava. (Shown on the left side of the image)
3: The 3wx2h tunnel to the end of the map has been TNTed severely. (Shown on the right side of the image)

The logs revealed that only three people were on between when the area was last seen intact and the first time it was seen damaged.
Those three were Vyt, Mixican, and Slowpoke.
Of the three, only Mixican has a history of such behavior.

Due to this, Mixican has been banned.

I rolled onto Badlands as a rune priest, just taking it easy and making sure I keep my renown rank equal with rank, enjoying the game more now that I'm questing less and actually participating in the giant fights/scenarios a bit more. Yields better rewards by far.

To be honest the game pretty much died on me when Skavens weren't released on launch, back when I had money to play it. Now it's meh.

I would be extremely happy if more people did these.

I will be upfront and admit that I have a very severe reading disability so reading books and quests takes me more time than it should. Listening as I go along helps me follow along without having to go over a sentence or paragraph over and over in order to clearly follow it.

LawyerDog is amazing for doing so many but I really wish more people and maybe authors would do these for their quests, it would help me keep up with them, or at least catch up to current.

... Honestly if that's the angle I was going for, I'd prefer a shallow and entertaining character to an obstructively complex one, I agree. The idea here is, well, functional enough, but where would you get to use this shit in a story or a roleplay? The answer is probably nowhere. Nearly every ero-RP character under the sun has some pages long backstory that never gets referred to in action. A quick exposition about what your character is and what they do is best, and if we need to know more for some reason, that's when the blanks get filled in.

... And no, this really isn't especially attractive or terrifying. Seen, written, and roleplayed much worse, even within the theme of 'creepy draconic sexual bio-magic'.

The advantage of true anonymity is that, as much as the Greater Internet Fuckwad Theory takes effect, at least you don't get bitchy vendetta drama flaring up. It's hard to hold a grudge and chase people from thread to thread when you don't know who you're holding it against. You get less of the flocking-to-the-defence-of-the-board-veterans groupthink culture, too.

People trying to hold persistent identity on 4chan are basically getting a whole webforum's load of hate-stalkers focused upon their much smaller number. And since that much rage can derail threads quite nicely, it doesn't make their appearance exactly endearing to anyone who actually cared more about the original topic than the appearance of someone self-important enough to want to stand out in the crowd.
